Pop Up Card Using Cricut Artiste

Outside of Card

Here's a great card by Cindy Herman using the Scholastic paper pack. Isn't it fun how a simple card from the outside can "Pow" on the inside!

Scholastic Layout

Scholastic is a paper pack from the Fall/Winter Idea book. It is such a great paper packet Close To My Heart carried it forward into the Spring/Summer book.

This layout by Cindy Herman shows off some of that great paper. I love the layered look with the tag.

Surf's Up Layout

What a great way to focus on that special picture. I can see lots of possibilities with this layout, can you??

I've used some of the accessories that come with the Surf's Up (Z1841) Assortment. I cut the Oh Boy! on the Cricut with Artiste. The stamp set is from the WOTG.

Surf's Up Circle Card

The Workshop On The Go for Surf's Up has a wonderful little stamp along with some wonderful accessorites. The Sparkles are included.

I stamped the sun on the Surf's Up Gold card stock with Honey ink. Then stamped with Chocolate ink the sign on the same card stock. I cut them both out and mounte onto the Daisy White cs stamped with the wave with Lagoon & Crystal Blue ink

Small strips of the Tan Glitter paper add just alittle something.

Surf's Up Sunset

Here's another card I did for my recent swap. I cut a circle out of a post it note and placed it down on my card stock. Using 3-M removable 1" wide tape I placed that on the top & bottom. Then I sponged Honey and Crystal Blue ink over the circle creating the "sun". Removing the tape & post it note leaves you a clean slate to create with.
I stamped with Black ink Tropical Paradise (C1531). Sponge alitlle Cashmere ink for the sand.

Surf's Up

I participated in a new Idea book national swap recently. I was given the Surf's Up paper pack which is new in the Spring/Summer Idea book.

I cut this card on the Cricut Artiste at 3 3/4". Then I cut at 1" one half of a paper medallion. Normally you would cut 2 then fold them up and glue them together. For a different look I just cut one and tucked it under the Hello saying which is one of the stamp sets that come with the Artiste cartridge.

February Stamp of the Month

Who wouldn't love a sign like this in their yard? And I'd like the butterflies too.

I cut the sign holder on the Cricut Artiste and the butterflies too.

A few clouds and some grass using direct to paper technique & Viola!

Dakota Swing Card

Here's another card using Dakota paper packet. This card was originally done by my upline Naomi Smith using Clementine. I love how you can use the Cricut Artiste cartridge to cut out all the pieces for the center focal point. Stamping with Black ink and the Salutation Seals makes this a fast and easy card but with alot of POW!

The stamp sets used are Perfect Fit Frames (D1527  $17.95) and the Saluation Seals (C1461  $13.95)
The ink colors are Barn Red

4 My Friends

Circles upon circles make this card a winner. Created by ?? this card uses For My Friend (D1510) and Love Bloom (C1511) stamp sets.

The Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge makes this card faster, simpler and easier by cutting all the circles for you. Any size you want. These circles are 1.5", 2" and 2.5".

Je t'Aime

Je

Now I took 2 years of French in high school and there are only few things I remember how to say. "I don't know" is one of them. If I ever go the France I'll be saying that alot! Haha.

But this card I have alot to say about. Using the Colonial circle card (Z1352) for your base, covered with La Belle Vie paper, the heart image is cut on the Cricut at 1 1/2", Jardin (D1528) stamp set,  Silver shimmer ribbon (Z1799) and a bling from the Boutique Assortment (Z1763).
