Washi Tape

Washi tape is my new "thing"...I LOVE it! There are so many things you can do with it. This card was designed by Nancy Ball. I just had to copy it.

This card was made at my Christmas card workshop this year and I think the gals fell in love with Washi tape too! In fact one of the gals, Pam, found a washi tape dispenser at Costco that I immediately went out to purchase too. Oh how I do love organization goodies....even if I'm not organized in my craft room!!

So the top 1/3 of the card is run through the Cuttlebug snowflake folder.
Then Sparkle & Shine B/T is mounted onto Ruby cardstock. Red sparkles are then added for bling
Then Sparkle & Shine Washi tape is cut to look like pennants.
The sentiment is from Perfect Fit-Holidays (B1412) stamped in Ruby ink
Layered onto Juniper cardstock and mounted to the Daisy White card base.

Have a Holly Jolly Christmas

This is one of the cards from my Christmas card workshop this year.
I used Juniper and Ruby ink and cardstock.
Using the stamp set from the Frosted Workshop On The Go Cards. Stamp the trees with Juniper 1st generation then without reinking stamp them again to create depth. 
Stamp the sentiment in Ruby ink.
Using the new Scallop edge punch use along the bottom edge of the card.
Stamp the border stamp with Juniper ink then bordered that with the Metallic marker & a ruler. I also added lines under the sentiment.
To show off the scallop edge I then added some Ruby cardstock to the inside of the card
This card was inspired by the Close To My Heart consultant bulletin board. I love how everyone shares their creativity and ideas.

Huntington Swing Card

I LOVE the new 5x7 Swing Cards (z1866). You get 10 cards with envelopes for $8.95

The circle in the middle of the cut out is on a string that turns. You can decorate, stamp or cover with paper both sides or just one.

 

Using the Huntington paper ( one of my favorites!!) and the Huntington Assortment (z1881) which has 4 printed canvas shapes which are adhesive backed and 6 printed wooden spool tops also adhesive backed.

 

And you've got to love the Bronze shimmer tape....don't 'ya?!

Huntington Cricut Card

Did you know that the Close To My Heart Cricut cartridges will cut cards? Well, they do! This card is a great example of how cute & easy they are to do.

 

And don't worry about having to cut out this turkey. It too is cut on the Cricut. Perfect Fit-Thanksgiving (B1427) is a fun little set that is full of wonderful sayings, a great turkey and all for only $9.95

 

Did you notice that the tale of the turkey is paper pierced to show the paper underneath? How totally cute is this?!!
