My friend Carla did a card like this earlier this year and I loved it. What I remember about it was the great use of the Milepost Shapes and adding sparkle with the Glitz Glitter.
So here's my take on her card from my fading memory! I have used the Holiday Wishes stamp set available this month. On a standard card I stamped the tree with Topiary ink. I stamped the sentiment in Holiday Red ink Then using the Topiary marker I added lines to frame the tree. In each corner I added Red Glitz Glitter for a faux brad look. The star is on with mounting tape and then Red Glitz Glitter is added into the grooves.
